New flagship eco office development on the outskirts of Edinburgh for Ecosse Regeneration.
The building is the first development on the new business park and sets the standard for future development. The external fabric of the building is in timber with curved glulam beams which spring from ground level and curve over to form the roof. The internal floor plates are exposed concrete tables which provide exposed thermal mass and are stablised by concrete stacks to the north elevation
