Current projects range from a new secondary school to the refurbishment of a Grade I listed mansion.

ModCell™ (patent pending 0803489.4)
has just won the Sustain Award for Product of the Year. Judges said "The Entry successfully tackles the whole build cycle, including the delivery process, with shining transparency". ModCell™ also won best new product at the Offsite Constuction Awards (OSC) in Birmingham, October 2008.
Integral Structural Design and White Design have pioneered the use of ModCell™ and have delivered a number of buildings using this unique prefabricated product. Using ModCell™ allows super insulated, high performance, low energy buildings to be built using renewable, locally sourced, materials. This product is deemed to make large scale carbon-negative buildings a commercial reality.
Integral Structural Design were the structural engineers for the Feildbarns project with Feilden Clegg Bradley which won the Sustain BRE Award for Development. "For the Judges, the terrific potential in terms of replicability is what makes this entry truly sustainable proposition".
